Category Details
In the “Sorted Pathways” view, clicking on a category name will open a new page with
detailed information about the pathways in that category, as well as information
about category inclusion criteria.
Pathways in the category detail view are displayed as bar graphs, formatted as follows:
- P-value:
Central thin blue bar, scale below bars
- Z-score:
Larger colored bar, scaled from 0 (left) to 6 (right)
Positive values orange
Negative values blue
- Ratio:
Black line, scaled from 0% (left) to 100% (right)

Pathway Details
Clicking on a pathway circle in any view will open a page with detailed pathway information, including pathway activity and individual gene expression in all experimental groups.
| When viewing an individual pathway, P-values and Z-scores across experimental groups are summarized in a vertical bar graph in the top-right corner of the screen. |

The middle of the screen contains a relative expression bar graph for all genes in the pathway. Gene expression is displayed for the selected experimental group, relative to control liver.

At the bottom of the page, a heatmap of all genes in the selected pathway across experimental groups can be found. Click on a gene name to open NCBI gene information. |
