Browse through IPA pathways and see how they change
throughout the HCC model.

Overview

Navigator displays pathway information for a single experimental group at a time, with reference to control liver. IPA pathways are displayed as circles, sized by P-value and colored by Z-score.
The currently displayed experimental group can be changed by selecting a new group from the list in the top-left corner of Navigator, or by pressing the left and right arrow keys.
When the experimental group is changed, pathway circles will change their size and color to match the P-value and Z-score of the newly selected experimental group.
Hovering over a pathway will show its name, category, P-value, Z-score, and ratio of significant genes. Clicking on a pathway will open more detailed information.
